I decided to put a plot in on our small farm even though most of the time I am hunting some place else. I disced up about an acre, dragged it off with a blade and plant a whitetail clover mix. A blend of different clovers, alfalfa, rape and some rye. I then rolled the seed in with a roller. I got it all finished yesterday and last night we some hard rains and today it looks like most of the seed is exposed. My question is should I re-roll it today since I just planted yesterday or just leave it be. I walked on the plot today and it's not to bad as far as mud and it would be in decent shape to roll later today.

Sometimes packing with the tractor tires works better than a small roller.A narrow plot doesn't take that long. You need a little moisture when rolling to get good contact.A hard rain after planting seems to do as good as rolling. The seed seems exposed but the rain pounds it tight to the ground.
