Chain seems loose and I'd like to tighten. Not sure how.I look in and see what might be a type of cam where the swing arm attaches??? Am I correct??

On the rear of the swing arm on your Polaris will be 2 pinch bolts. Loosen them. This will then allow you to rotate the cam to allow for proper chain tension. When you get to where you want it, tighten the bolts back down.

My recommendation; Do it with a friend. Since it's your bike and your body weight, sit on the bike. You want about 1" up and down play WHEN YOU ARE SITTING ON IT.

Have a friend do the wrench work.

Good luck.

yes (as Spirit said)
Do NOT make the chain too tight or it will mess up the transmission (centrifugal clutch)

Stand directly behind the quad.
Look at where the axle connects to the swingarm.
There should be 2 c-clamp bolts (one on each side of the middle.)
Those are the 2 to loosen

I think your pic is of the front removal/adjustment not the rear.
you want the rear
