I made some for sunday lunch at my grandparents. they didn't last too long. I used cream cheese a tbls of garlic and a tbls of rub mixed together. good stuff for sure. thanks for turning me onto those tater. next time I am addin more garlic and addin shredded cheese. I fogot it this time.
Something else to try...when your done cleaning your peppers, take a few seeds and chop them up and mix them in your cheese mixture. It adds some heat, but not like if the seeds were left in the pepper.
