As a college senior my hunting season has consisted mostly of writing lab reports and cramming for exams with minimal archery hunting. For the first time ever I missed the rifle opener up at camp so with the semester ending Thursday I was quick to hit the woods and enjoy the little bit of the remaining season. Yesterday I was hunting with a group of guys near home (Bucks County). I ended up the day as a pretty happy hunter as I was lucky enough to harvest an XL doe and a coyote which ended up weighing a little over 44 pounds. The coyote which was my first ever was a pretty big surprise especially for the area I was hunting. It was a fun day hunting with an awesome group and definitely one I won't forget anytime soon!
