Just wondering if someone can give me an idea what a 7600 in 7mm-08 in 99% condition would be worth. Thanks.

A bunch of 7600s in 7-08 for 400$? Hard to find even 3006s going for 400$ anymore...

A clean 7-08 would probably bring 500-650 most days...seems about the ball park the harder to find calibers go for..280, 25-06, 35 whelen etc...maybe even a bit more...

Seems most the 7-08s (maybe even all of them) I've seen for sale are the maple stocked... And online I see them listed st pretty high prices..

I was casually looking a few months ago for one. At that time the cheapest I could find one was $1150, and I looked at a couple. Just found one for $750.

$750 to $800 is about spot on right now.
There are exceptions always. Beat up ones go for less, NIB one right now about $1200-$1300.

Thanks Joe! How much value would a new gun lose without the original box? Still new, unfired generally speaking of course.

Yup $400 on armslist. I can get a brand new one from my local gun dealer for $745 + tax for wood... Knock off $125 for synthetic stock.

Not in 7mm08. They were a very limited run.

My suggestion is, buy a $400 one on arms list either in 243 or 308 and rebarrel for 7mm-08. You'll be around the $750 mark +/- depending on shipping method.

Or buy the one in Wilmington NC that's already 7mm 08 on armslist that's priced at $400 have it shipped to your local FFL holder and for about $550 you got the gun you want.

I see used 760s in 270 and 30-06 for pretty good prices all of the time. The other calibers are usually pretty pricey.

Gentlemen, the rifle on Armslist in Wilmington, NC for $400 is a bolt action rifle, not a 7600 pump.
As stated by a few others, you are in the neighborhood of $800 used, to $1200 NIB.

I believe you are talking about the one in Currie/Wilmington not the one I was referring to. The one I was speaking of is now sold.

just curious what the .270's may be worth? I picked up an excellent cond wood/blue with no engraving. It has a Tasco Golden Antle WA 2.5-10 on top. No need for itit just came as a part of a group I came across. Figured I sell it at a good fair price.
