Picked up a Marlin 336 from 52' in 35 Rem.Who's reloading for it and what is your groups and recipes?

Im using varget and 200gr ftxs with the lee factory crimp die, theres five shots in that group, i think i can kill a deer with that.

I don't have a 35 but I picked up maybe 10-15 once fired sticks of 35 brass while doing some range work at the club this moring.

If you want or can use them I'll hang on them for ya all!

I have used IMR4064 and Varget and had good results with both from a Remington 14. If I remember right loads for the 200gr Rem was just below max. Accuracy was just over an inch with usually 2 of the 3 touching.

I use IMR 3031 and 200 gr round nose. I get excellent accuracy and it kills the heck out of deer.

I have the same rifle that I bought in 1968. It likes 43 grains of IMR 4350, behind a 200 grain Sierra, with OAL of 2.470, with a heavy crimp. It also likes 37 grains of Varget with the same bullet.
