Predictions? I say 86 wins and they get the Wild Card on the last game of the season.

That is a solid lineup if you ask me!! I hope they dont miss chooch to much until he comes back. Hopefully Kratz will have a great year to show them he still belongs with the big club.
LETS GO PHILS!!!

Roy Halladay starts tonight vs. Braves. I wonder which Roy we're gonna see? I hope it's not the one that got hammered in spring training.

Lets face it we're not going to see the Roy Halladay of old, just the old Roy Halladay.
His fastball this season has yet to crack the 90 MPH mark and he doesn't have that much of a repertoire to compensate for his lack of a serious fastball.

Unfortunately I think this is going to be a season of many changes for the Phillies. I will be amazed if Charlie Manuel is still running the team by the All-Star break.

That's what I'm afraid of, the "old" Roy. If he shows up, maybe Halladay is done by the All-Star break. How long will the Phillies give a guy with poor location and no fastball? Half a season is my guess.

dc21. Oh brother. Did you see that homer he just threw? Right off the barrel of the bat and over the wall. And he walked the next guy.

Yeah, this is bad. He threw 39 pitches in the first. Phils are down 3-0.

Well, the 2nd inning was better for Roy but he's over 50 pitches.

Not a good night for Roy. 3 and a third innings pitched. 95 pitches thrown and 2 HRs. He's done for tonight. Phils are losing 4-0.

Cliff Lee picked up his first win last night, 4/4/2013.

Last season he didn't get his first win until July 4th.

Kyle Kendrick gets the home opener start. He and Hamels are the only starting pitchers left from the 2008 WS team. He should write a book about survival.
