hey guys i am ready now, i bought wile ago one of those smoke and grill smokers to smoke my own meats, cost me 37 bucks, smokes up to 50 pounds of meat at once. the other smoker i bought is a smoker/ roaster that uses charcoal, it cooks 16 pound turkeys, chickens, roasts, and ribs.it ran for 30 bucks, cant wait to use em.the smoker is a brinkman, the roaster/ smoker is from outdoor classics.

heres a link to help you on your smokeing journey. lots of god info and tips to help. i started on a cheapo brinkman and it'll turn out some fine bbq but ya gotta know the basics or it can be frustrating. this website will help with that. just remember these two things. the temp gauge on your smoker is probobly way off and trout caught on orange powerbait taste like cardboard
