Getting a new dog ready. We took in a rescue dog this year that someone dumped along the road when she was a puppy. We got here in January this past March we figured she was about 1 years old. I was going to use her on rabbit's but she loves to retrieve. So I'm working her on ducks.

I was getting Gamble's blood pumping this weekend as well as getting him ready for a hunt test next weekend. I think him is about ready.

Haven't heard anything about goose banding this year but it sounds like the Deer Folks had great success banding geese.

A lull in the deer "action" for our crews.

Dear deer people,

Tuesday, my crew had a blast banding geese in McKean and Potter Counties. We were supposed to help band geese again on Wednesday, but they were so successful on Tuesday that they met the quota early!

The only time I'm thinking about geese right now in all this heat is how much they left thier droppings on the boat launch.

yeah, times gonna fly now. Roof project, vacation, and bam, it'll be here. Pressure washed the inside of the trailer out last weekend. Dekes get worked on in 3 weeks.
Its good that most guys are distracted by other things. Ive found lots of deals on gear the last 2 months and picked up 2 new properties. Next month is the time to sell, not buy. lol
