If you dont like the recoil, I highly recommend the Sims Vibration Laboratory Recoil Pads. Whether slip-on or straight mount, they reduce a lot of the felt recoil. I have the slip-on on my supernova and I use 3" #5s Remington Nitro Turkey and I can shoot them all day w/o pain.
