Hi guys,
I am interested in finding a used single shot 12 ga. To use as my turkey gun.
Can any of you suggest models to search for?
I would like something with a long barrel length.( for full choke purposes).
I keep running into these old timers carrying these guns, and just think it would be neat to get one and set it up for turkeys.
I've looked at a few of theirs, but don't remember the model numbers.
Any help would be appreciated

An H&R or NEF would likely be the most common to find. An NEF Topper Deluxe is not a bad way to go. 28 inch barrel. Takes up to a 3 1/2" shell and has screw in chokes instead of just a fixed choke.
