Oh goody, no mange. I hope this bodes well for me. So far I've caught 1 fox and it was all mangey. The dogs killed his mate in the summer and she had mange looking stuff ( smelled so bad from being dead at least a day I couldn't look close enough), and I suspect all pups died of mange. I set 1 set yesterday at one of my old reliable farms, and another today. And I finally have my 2 dozen or so other traps dyed and waxed, and a real close location I could see was having the corn cut today.
So anyway, if there are non mangey foxes being taken in #'s only 10-15 miles north of me ( as the crow flies), then hopefully I'll start catching some nice ones soon enough.
