What do you guys do to store your arrows when they aren't in the quiver?

Years ago, my dad made a rack that was 2 18"x18" boards with holes drilled about 2" ctc and dowel rods between the two boards on the corners. The top board had the holes all the way through and the bottom board or base had them about half just so it kept the arrows straight up and down.

It holds a pile of arrows but he had 3D arrows and hunting arrows for himself, my mom, me and my brother.

I'm going to make my own and was curious if anyone else had made some sort of rack also?

I took a cardboard box and drilled holes in the top of it big enough for the arrows to go thru. I drilled some big so a broadhead will go thru. The key is to find the right size cardboard box. The box I have holds a couple of dozen arrows. It isn't decorative, but very functional. One thing is that it didn't cost me anything.

I use a couple of rose florist boxes. They're nice and long; keeps the arrows separated from anything else, and knowing what's in them, I keep the boxes on the top and out of the way. Protecting the boxes, the arrows get protected.

And they didn't cost a penny, after the florist bill was paid.
