Just like the question asks. What rifle cartridge have you harvested the most deer with?
For me it's the .300 Savage in my Model 99 using handloaded 165 grain Hornady Interlocks. The vast majority of my bucks are with the bow, but I've gotten around 20 deer with my .300 now.
Most of mine with my bow also, but the majority of my rifle kills were with my Ithaca LSA65 in .270Win. with a variety of 130 grain ammo over the years. My last couple were with a 50 cal in-line.

A couple bow kills..2 with a 308..a couple with my 35 Whelen.. don't think my 280 has a deer yet...the rest were 3006 but I'm betting the flintlock has more or real close..
Killed my first 9 with my Paps 141 in .35 Remington starting in 1981. Went thru a bunch of different rifles/calibers over the years and killed deer most seasons. Bought my Model 70 in 1999, and that .270 has accounted for 19 or 20 since then. Finally tried something different last season with a 7mm mag and killed a big doe. I've bought a couple different rifles over the years that have never even seen the woods, so beginning this coming season I will start using them until I have kills logged with all of them. A .243 and 2 different 7mm-08s are in that category.
It surprises me. You know they're out there. I just didn't think many people still used an "obsolete" cartridge like I do.
Most of what you see anymore are WSM's and Ultra-somethings and loading very light for caliber bullets at whiz-bang velocities. Not old, slow lever action cartridges.
308 tops the list at 10, 4 with the 45-70, 1 with a 243(never again), 1 with a 50cal flint and my first deer with a 20ga.
