Man,that looks good! Haven't had any good bacon since gun season. My buddy is up there this weekend for the Cougar Bobs coyote hunt,I might just text him and ask him to pick me up a pound or two!
OK, I come thru there on my way to camp and turn right off of 62 right before Tidioute bridge. I know where George's is now, i'll have to stop and try some of that bacon next trip thru!
The Leeper market was the one I was thinking just couldn't remember the name.
Always stopped on my way home from Youngsville, wife always needed 3-4 lbs, nice little store.
I just ran out of the black forest bacon I got during gin season. I can't wait to get up there again for turkey season. I need more bacon. I think a 10lb order next time since 5 lbs didnt make it very long.
Bear claw how you doing? I heard there was a deer hit and killed right in downtown Tidioute yesterday, one of the bird feeder gang of 9-10 deer.

Agreed i got 7 , sending come to my Dad, eating some now and freezing the rest so i have to remember about it, that should make it last alot longer...LOL
The Leeper market was what I was thinking also. But not only do I get the bacon the maple sausage is to die for. That picture reminds me that it has Been to long since I've been to camp and I am ready.
5 something...7 lbs pretty much killed the $40 I gave her. It has to be center cut with the amount of meat in a slice. Not much more $ than grocery packaged stuff, except this way I got to see the representive SLAB and not just peak at the top slice via a little flap in the box..LOL once I saw the slab she was going to slice from, I upped the order to 7 lbs.
Always a treat to get some of Grants bacon. Not much of a breakfast eater,But when i'am at camp it seem like we're having pancakes and bacon everyday for breakfast.
Be in Franklin,PA for a Bball tournament THIS Saturday, i best find out what kind of meat they are know for so i can bulk buy there...
