getting a titlr for a popup camper?

I am thinking about buying a camper from a guy. he does not ave the title and will sell on a bill of sale so i can get the title. Houw would I go about getting a title that way?

Start by contacting a local notary or DOT

If its titled in his name and he just doesn't have/can't find the title he can get a duplicate. It takes a few weeks but then you can just transfer it.
If not I think you have to apply for a new title like you would for a homemade trailer. You'll need a form from PennDOT, pictures, the weight of the trailer, and a certified mechanic's to check it over and fill out "his section" on the form.
You may not need an inspection if it does not have brakes but don't remember for sure.
