That is probably not a bad thing. We need clean streams, not ones that will only support carp and catfish. If they can't exploit our natural resources without damaging the existing nature around them, they need to go back to the drawing board. Sadly, this also means that both sides of the debate are at the whim of the White House. When the President cares about the beauty of the natural world, this works. When the President only cares about Big Oil, we will be fishing in and drinking poison, all in the name of $$$.
