I don’t think there is a liberal who will read it.

WHAT?!?!?!

I was certain that all those socialist utopias with centralized governments and universal healthcare would have had 10X the amount of respirators and ventilators needed for every single person and a hospital bed for each of them...

Excellent article and spot on. Addresses and debunks most all of the Dem talking points concerning Trumps alleged interference with our healthcare systems and preparedness. Course, Takem is correct, truth is irrelevant to the Libs.

Keep in mind this is from a "study" in 2019. I think there will be a lot of new findings before this is all over. No one yet knows why the death rate in Italy is over 7% but yet less than 1% in nearby Germany.

I am in Mexico 2 weeks tomorrow and very impressed with efforts here considering the country relies so heavily on public transportation. Were 53 cases when I got here and today 367 with 4 deaths. Not exponential yet and I hope it won't be. People are taking it very seriously here in the state of Jalisco. Most everything shutdown for a week now. Things like banks, pharmacies, only allow like 5 people in at a time. Eateries have VERY limited seating and are constantly disinfecting those areas. Coming here 21 years and first time ever you can drive thru center city with no traffic.

This findings of this study came out at the end of 2019, showing that the US is basically prepared for an overwhelming event. Better than any other nation. That is a significant finding, especially considering the garbage that has been spewed by politically motivated democrats and their ever loving media.

Of course new findings will come out, and there will be some serious After Action Reviews conducted. That is how weak areas are found, and improvement is made.

Not saying its not a good thing but it is still a theoretical study not based on this or any other actual events. This hasn't peaked here yet and no one is sure when it will. After this event is over and the results are more clearly seen, expansion rates, death rates, etc, preparedness will be better assessed. Not into politicizing it, just being objective about it being theoretical, the test is in progress now. Tallies are not in yet, "current" US death rate is over 1%, some other countries are less than 1/2%.

adding: checked current rates and for example, US death rate is a little over 1%, Germany is at .3%. Understanding it is not over yet but currently we have over triple the death rate of Germany.

That’s because they subscribe to the Joe Biden theory: “We choose truth over facts.”

This tries to explain some of that.
