Is there anyone or anything in this country more vacuous between the ears than a democrat?? That would include tiny insects!!

When you are up to your butt in alligators, it is hard to remember your intent was to drain the swamp. Stay focused!

As if there was any doubt as to who the true intended target of Red Flag laws is in the first place....
Hint, it ain't criminals...

everything they do, protects criminal and affects the law abiding. no wonder i cant get any of them to make federal guns into state laws.

Quote:
It is a federal felony punishable by 10 years in prison for any convicted felon to possess any handgun, rifle or shotgun.
Or for anyone to possess a stolen firearm.
Or for anyone to give a firearm to a juvenile for the purpose of committing a crime.
Or for anyone to possess a firearm with the intention of committing a crime.
Or for anyone to use a firearm in the commission of a crime.
Or for anyone to cross state lines with the intention to unlawfully obtain a firearm or to commit a crime.
All felonies punishable up to 10 years in prison.

Protect Criminals ? more like put them to use. That's not politically correct. If you would single out a criminal, you would be doing something, and I have no clue what it could be, except maybe being mean, racist , or infringing on their constitutional rights by not allowing them to keep a gun lol. And like " fast and furious " , The focus would be on the gun , not individual. If that don't make sense, I think it's another way to NOT, put the focus on the criminals and focus on taking our guns. We won't hear a criminal committed the crime, Just we have to take them away because the gun is the criminal.
