It will do not get loud with anyone, even if you would like to tie their tongue around their neck like a tie, no matter how stupid and or rude they are and whatever you do, never say if you do that again I am going to kill you. I suspect with the leftist POS in the governor's mansion he will push for a similar law. Although in Baltimore there are enough criminals and miscreants that a thousand sounds low.

When you are up to your butt in alligators, it is hard to remember your intent was to drain the swamp. Stay focused!

Prince Georges County in Maryland is the illegal alien capital of Maryland... They are considered a sanctuary county...It would not surprise me the percentage of illegal aliens carrying guns in that county...Trump is not working quickly enough to round up the illegals...

tons of MS-13 members are here illegally. they carry guns and murder people. ICE is constantly trying to round them up. lets get rid of the gangs first...all gangs.

WOW...just WOW...

Quote:
In May, sheriff’s deputies placed a person into custody and took them to a medical facility for evaluation after an Emergency Petition Service and ERPO were simultaneously issued for that individual. Deputies confiscated 40 firearms, 342 firearm magazines and over 23,000 rounds of ammunition from that person’s home.
Another 38 firearms and 1,600 rounds of ammunition were surrendered to the sheriff’s office on May 13.
The weapons were taken to a storage facility to be processed.
The ERPO may be requested by a family member or another individual concerned about a person’s safety or in the case of domestic violence. The petitioner could be concerned for their own safety or of the person with the guns.

sounds like due process was given a short cut.

Example of why the left consistently labels gun owners as “gun nuts”. In their eyes, you must be mentally unstable if you own more than one firearm...

Red flag laws present another aggravating problem. They are prone to severe abuse by ex-spouses and ex SO's who want to get back at their ex for spite. Same as PFA petitions now in Pennsylvania. The ex gets PO'd because the guy is going to leave with the new girlfriend, or perhaps it is coming up on hunting season and she knows he has a trip to Wyoming planned. so she calls and relates some exaggerated facts and the guy is disarmed or worse yet killed. My experience is over 25% of PFA petitions are -- and many of those are filed just to get an advantage in a custody action. In many states, a complaint to authorities is protected from a law suit for abuse actions if there is any tiny shred of truth to the complaint's facts. Also take notice the article doesn't mention any temporary seizure. It says guns CONFISCATED.

One poor slob I represented in Maryland was told by his boss that he MUST go on a company fishing trip with clients. His wife put increasing pressure on him to stay home and on the day he was to leave she made a false report to authorities and had him confined to a hospital for 72 hours mental observation. He lost the company clients, lost his job and was served with divorce papers at the hospital. This is the kind of abusive crap that liberal politicians will say must be endured by a few innocent civilians to protect lives. It is what is already said in PFA cases.

It’s going to happen, no doubt.

Your entire life history will be gone over with a fine tooth comb looking for ANYTHING that can be twisted into a “threat”.
