He is a narcissistic jerk, but how can you argue with what he has done?

Coincidence? In the past 3 days I've had two different people tell me the same thing. They didn't care for him personally but they thought he was doing the right thing for the country and they were going to vote for him.

The sanctions bar US companies from trading with Iran, but also with foreign firms or countries that are dealing with Iran.

This has led to shortages of imported goods and products that are made with raw materials from abroad, most notably babies' nappies.

The plunging value of the rial has also affected the cost of locally produced staples such as meat and eggs, which have soared in price.

How long before the Dems post a pic of an Iranian kid w/o their baby nappy and call Trump Hitler?

I got two days in the office pool........

I have no problem with calling off the strike on Iran. It was an unmanned drone as he said. No American lives were lost. And the new sanctions will cost Iranian people much, perhaps to the point of revolt? I read a book in the past that stated Iran used to be one of the most pro Western nations in the area and it's people's desire to copy western culture. The change occurred when the Shah fled and came to the US, late 1970's. Ironically, the Ayatollahs were equally if not more oppressive than the Shah was.
As for the illegals, Trump will prevail eventually. He's already replaced two federal judges in the 9th district. And as long as they keep giving illegals bus tickets to LA and SF, I can live with that.

The spirit of our day is a soft acceptance of everything—except deep conviction in anything.

Why announce a strike on Iran and than abort shortly before wheels up? Why even announce it in the first place, just gives the Iranian military time to prepare for it.

Why announce a round-up of illegals and then postpone it because the Dems requested it?

Your thoughts?
He called off the strike because he found out later than he should have (not his fault, but his military advisers) that there would be loss of life and the strike would not be comparable to Iran shooting an UNMANNED aircraft.

This was a sound decision and easily understood.
