Bay has done nothing since he was sent packing and same with McClouth. McClouth actually spent a good amount of time in Atlanta's AAA club. Wash there.

Re: How 'bout them Ravens?

While that may be true, they were great players with tons of potential when in Pittsburgh. We can only speculate that they would have flopped in Pittsburgh.

You really under estimated the ramifications of the boondoggle you have just perpetrated!

Re: How 'bout them Ravens?

None of this matters.

We can all sit here and bash Nutting for not spending money but look at the money that has been spent since McClatchey stepped down. I think he was the real snake and not Bobbo.

They have spent money where players will accept it. The draft and international free agent signings.

No top of the line FA wants to come to Pittsburgh. That is the situation they are in with Pavano right now. He doesn't want to come to the Buccos because he has a chance to contend in Minnesota.

Re: How 'bout them Ravens?

Right....and now the franchise has a wonderful reputation....as a farm team for REAL MLB teams. Hence my original comment that they need changes from top to bottom. They need someone that has, and is willing to spend, money. They need some people that can convince quality players to stay or come here, they need quality coaches, pitching staff, et al.

You really under estimated the ramifications of the boondoggle you have just perpetrated!

Kind of like looking back on your high school year book and laughing, right?

Re: How 'bout them Ravens?

In the category of weird firings, the Ravens have fired Jim Zorn as QB coach, and Flacco is irate. Didn't seem like Flacco had a poor year. The defense down there gave up a lot of 4th quarter leads. If the hold Atlanta to a FG, the Ravens had the bye instead of the Steelers.

We’re not going to apologize for caring. We’re not.
