I'm pretty much in agreement. I'd replace Brady with Johnny U.

ďdid you get all that on camera sport?Ē

Not one of the greatest but someone I enjoyed watching play collage and Pro was Ken Stabler the snake.

My ability to remember lyrics from songs of the 60's far exceed my ability to remember why I walked into the kitchen

Joe Montana
John Unitas
Terry Bradshaw
Rodger Staubach
Bob Griese
*Honorable mention goes to Brett Favre.

Not really in order, but probably not far off from my opinion of ranking.

There are some modern day QBs that are exceptional, but the guys listed played when the rules didn't protect the QB near as much as today. In other words, these guys IMO, while maybe not having greater skill than today's QBs, were certainly performing under much tougher conditions.

Shoot straight

I was just telling my son the same thing recently. Not only did the QB's get the crap kicked out of them, the receivers got beat up all the way down the field. There was no 5 yard bump rule. If a receiver caught a pass over the middle he paid a hefty price.

Remember when the game was called, "kill the quarterback?"
