Penn State Upset

Few things in life are a given but one you could always count on was the PS womens volleyball team contending for the national championship, yesterday PS got upset by Oregon 3-1 in the semifinals, still a gr8 season and probaly a lil disappointment for the players and fans but still a gr8 season.

Re: Penn State Upset

I watched the Oregon-Neb match and I knew we were in trouble. PSU had a good team this year, but relied on serving and defense too much. They are a super young team, so it was a good season to build on.

Re: Penn State Upset

Only listened to the 1st set on the radio. They won that one but was way too close for comfort. Apparently there was a bad no call in the 2nd set that would have put them up 2-0.

They are a super young team with the number 1 ranked recruiting class coming in next year.

Re: Penn State Upset

Had an injury last night that really hurt them. 33-3 on the season is a great season.

Women Soccer lost to UNC in the National Championship game and now the Women Volleyball squad is out. Looking for a three peat from Cael and company!!
