Eagles trade for DeMeco-Ryans

Welcome to the Eagles Mr. Ryans!!!!!!

A small price for a very good football player. Not to mention a pressing need on the Eagles defense. He will be a great addition in the defensive scheme in Philly.

Well worth the money. If his achilles is back to 100% he could be a great fit. Maybe now Matthews can grow and learn.

Now on to a safety

Good trade by the Birds. Linebacker has been a real need for them for the last few years. They also get a team leader in the process. This guy is the real deal.

Itís funny until somebody gets hurt, then itís hilarious

Re: Eagles trade for DeMeco-Ryans

Seems plenty of players in Texas are really not happy with this move. They have lost their leader, mentor and physical presence in the middle of their defense.

Says a lot about the person, not just the player.

Hopefully that old injury doesn't come back and he becomes a key addition and helps to solidify the Eagles defense.

Good for them. A "dream" come true.

I don't have ducks. I don't have rows. I have squirrels. And they're drunk.

I don't dislike the Eagles at all. That being said, I do like to pick on Eagle's fans.

Re: Eagles trade for DeMeco-Ryans

What you really need to do is look at his stats pre injury. After his injury he was put back in a different defensive scheme which he struggled with.. He will now go back to the defense he excelled in at Texas with the Eagles.

Besides, you're including stats from a season he did not even complete. Fuzzy math my friend... Look at the total picture here without bias towards your hate.

Look at his rookie stats... Amazing.
