GO LUCK RB19...

Can't wait to see Pitt's FB, Henry Hynoski, during today's NFL COMBINE. He is ranked as the #1 FB in the country by a lot of people. Plus, he's a great young man and he's a good Southern Columbia product! GO HENRY!

Re: GO LUCK RB19...

I had the chance to play against Hynoski when I was in high school and even spent some time hanging out with him after we both had graduated.

He's a good kid and a class act.

Re: GO LUCK RB19...

I haven't been able to get any info on him. Watching the combine, it looked like he pulled a hammy on the first run of the first drill (40 yd dash). He did not participate in any other drills after that (at least that I saw). Tough break for a great kid.

Super - H'ville, right?

Yup, Hughesville, I still wear a scar on my chin from Hynoski to this day.

My junior season, 2004-2005 I hit Hynoski in the backfield and we both rocked each other pretty good, my helmet came off. One of the middle line backers came from behind to finish the job and I ended up splitting my chin off of Hynoski's helmet.

Blood and fullbacks--football at it's very best.

Re: GO LUCK RB19...

I would just hate to see a player with so much class get drafted by a team like Pittsburgh.

I don't want to see him to go the Bengals either. He deserves to go to a decent team.

Re: GO LUCK RB19...

He definitely pulled up lame in the 40. Only ran once, a 5.07, but, he pulled up 3-5 yards early. They said they thought he'd run in the 4.8 range. Not bad for 260 lbs. Benched 225, 24 times (7th strongest out of all backs there, which I believe was over 40). He did a 30.5 inch vertical leap (before pulling the hammy). 4" shorter than Evan Royster of PSU. Again, not bad for a guy 260. NFLDraft101.com compares him to Lorenzo Neal saying he is the best lead blocker in the draft. I know he has had contact with at least 10 teams and 4 that are very interested. They see him as a 3rd to 5th round pick.

Super - I'm sure he didn't mean it! LOL!
