Re: Football & Wings!!

My favorite is a homemade mix using Pepper Plant Original hot sauce, butter, and garlic. I've never written it down so it never comes out the same

Good idea for a thread as we head into the Championship games

Re: Football & Wings!!

I just follow the Franks Red Hot recipe, and douse them with McCormick Season All, same as I do with my home cut freedom fries. But they never hit my mouth until halftime-bad things happen if they do.

We’re not going to apologize for caring. We’re not.

Re: Football & Wings!!

Is there any other way? Baked wings are like Coors Light. Both are trying to be something they ain't.

As should be. I can't think of a single award won by wing bakers.

Re: Football & Wings!!

My chef Daughter turned me on to using peanut oil vs veggie oil...whut a difference especially in deep frying oysters & other seafood! I'm sure it will notch it up a level with wings too.
