Internal vs External choke systems ???

Whats the difference. Is there any advantages and what would you recommend for sporting clays and turkey hunting

A lot if not all extended tubes throw a little more consistant pattern.

For sporting clays, extended choke tubes are easier to change, and, do average better patterns as most are aftermarket.
