Gun Club hulls

I just got a pile of once fired green gun club 12 gauge . Some are brass and some look nickle plated. Can both be reloaded? I got a bunch of black Remmintons that I will try as well.

Re: Gun Club hulls

They will both reload fine for you. I really like the black game load hulls. They generally get loaded with hunting loads for dove season.

Re: Gun Club hulls

They load great. Use "AA" or "STS" data. The hulls are steel based, so before you load up a bunch, check them in your gun after resizing. The steel base has more "spring back" and may need a bit more squeeze to fit the chamber of your gun.

I hear the same thing,I also heard that a 5 point crimp works best. I use gun club shells all the time.

Re: Gun Club hulls

I have been skipping the crimp starter and they are still perfect.

Re: Gun Club hulls

How many loadings does everyone get out of their Gun Club hulls?
