The Mason-Dixon Clay Busters (MDCB) are looking for shooting sports enthusiasts willing to join our all volunteer coaching staff. Coaches are asked to commit approximately 3 hours per week during the competition season. Coach duties include coaching basic fundamentals, providing positive and encouraging mentorship, and maintaining a safe squad.

MDCB provides area youth the opportunity to get involved in the exiting disciplines of shotgun shooting (trap, skeet, and sporting clays) and pistol shooting (steel target speed shooting). We have coaching needs in all four of these disciplines.

Consider this your opportunity to support the next generation of shooting sports enthusiasts and our future voters!!!!

For more information, or to sign up, contact Roger Beardsley at 717-235-0743 or coach@masondi xonclaybuste

<span style="font-weight: bold">ABOUT THE MASON-DIXON CLAY BUSTERS:</span>

Formed in 2006, MDCB became a 501c3 non-profit, tax exempt, charitable organization in 2008. Our shotgun shooting sports program helps to build self-confidence, while instilling responsibility and other positive life skills that help youth develop into respectable people in their communities.
MDCB offers an array of shooting sports programs including: shotgun and pistol skills, to the youth of the greater Southern York/Adams County Pennsylvania and Northern Baltimore/Carroll County Maryland areas. Participants range in age from 12 to 23.

Beginners are welcome! We do NOT require try-outs, we are here to teach youth of ALL skill levels. However, we do have limited capacity so membership is limited to a first-come registration basis until our limit is reached (usually around 50 athletes). Safety is of utmost importance so we do ask the athletes to attend and pass a Hunter Education class. This helps us ensure the athlete knows basic firearm safety and it makes our job a little easier.

MDCB has been successful in helping a number of youth become local, state, regional, and national champions. We are always in search of partners willing to help with and support our programs. MDCB is also looking for shooting sports enthusiasts willing to join our expert, volunteer instruction and coaching staff. Anyone interested contact MDCB today!

Good Luck Roger!! As someone who see this group every year at States, I can say this is a group you want to be a part of if you live out that way.
