Volunteer Coaches Needed – York PA

Hello everyone and thank you for taking the time to read this. You see we run one of the regions primer youth shotgun programs and we are hoping to recruit a few new volunteer coaches so our program can continue to flourish.

To give you a little background... we have between 40-50 athletes in our program. The majority of them participate in our Trap Division, about 20-25 of them shoot Sporting Clays, and 10-15 shoot in our Skeet Division. Their skill set runs the gamut; some beginners while others are nationally ranked athletes.

We are hoping to find some help for all of our Divisions however Sporting Clays is currently where our biggest needs are. We have a few parents that can assist during practices, mostly with scoring and organizing the kids, but we need to find a few new coaches who are able to work with the kids on some basic foundational skills.

Take a look at our website (masondixonclaybusters.com) and see all the good things our program has to offer. Also, below is a listing of our Divisions and our practice dates, hopeful some of these dates will fit into your schedule.

Let’s work together to make a difference in the lives of these young people. This is a perfect opportunity for you to give back to the Shooting Sports community. If we don't find some help soon we will need to start turning kids away and no one wants that to happen. Contact me and we’ll get started!!

Thanks again and I look forward to hearing from you soon,

Still looking for help!!!

Please consider getting involved. We have a bunch of kids coming to this program from non-gun owning households. While it’s great having non-gun owners getting involved in the shooting sports it does present a huge problem for our program, having kids come from non-gun owning households limits our in-program coaching pool. That is why I need YOUR help!
