Free..... "Posted - No Trespassing" signs

I have free, long lasting, aluminum "Posted - No Trespassing" signs that I am willing to hang along the border of your property in exchange for permission to hunt your land.

I am a responsible and ethical archery hunter looking for land to hunt along the 422 Corridor in SE PA. I am licensed and insured, and have been archery hunting for 20 years. I am primarily looking to hunt whitetail deer, or Turkey, however if you have any other "undesirable" animals on your land (i.e. Groundhogs, Fox, Coyote, etc), I could help you with those too.

I will be hunting alone. My kids are too young to hunt, and I am primarily looking for land to hunt after work during the week only, so I will be by myself.

I will share the harvest if interested, and will treat your property as if it was my own. I will monitor your property for trespassers, post "No Trespassing" signs along the border of your property, clean up litter, and can also help you with many household chores including carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and landscaping.

Please send me a pm with a phone number, or email address to contact you. Thank you!

These are the free, long lasting, aluminum, "POSTED - NO TRESPASSING" signs that I would post along the border of your property to keep trespassers out, in exchange for written permission to hunt your property.

Live, Love, Laugh.

If that don't work...

Buy your own property and post it. Why take available hunting away from everybody else just to suit selfish needs!

Please explain how this is taking property from everyone else.... you are assuming that everyone is allowed to hunt everyone's land?

Their are plenty of landowners out there, who are tired of everyone coming in on their land and acting like they can do what they want, and welcome the chance to have a responsible hunter or group of hunters use the land with respect and at the same time keep unwanted tresspassers off.

Where have you been? I had to work late... Oh these? Yeah, it was 'camo day' at work again .

I agree with peppy. Even if blindtiger posts the property for someone in exchange for hunting rights that doesn't mean the owner will turn everyone else away. Maybe if the property is posted people will ask for permission before tresspassing just because there were no signs previously. Even if there are no signs and blindtiger posts some I'm sure you asked permission to hunt the land previously so the owner would say "1shot has permission to hunt here so if you see him it's ok".....Right

All the property I hunt, I have permission to hunt. I would hate to show up and find no trespassing signs posted because one person wants it all to himself. If those with permission to hunt can still hunt it, fine, but why take it away from them. The OP makes it sound like he wants it all to himself.

I don't see where he stated anywhere he was looking to take existing oppurtunities from anyone else?? Actually sounds like a pretty generous offer to me, picking up litter, helping around the property, and keeping an eye on things. Much more than most would offer.

I think a lot more landownwers nowadays would be welcome to ideas such as this than dealing with the numerous tresspassers every Fall??

If you show up and find them that means the OWNER gave him permission to put them up. Doesn't mean you get kicked off. Sounds to me like you just don't want someone having something you can't have.

Re: Free..... "Posted - No Trespassing" signs

Most of the replies sound like the typical PA hunter jargon. What all this leads up to is "pay to hunt". How many of you have tried to hunt in other states? You will find that it isn't easy to find land that the owner will allow anybody on without paying to use the land. In California one place I hunted was open to hunters. Two years later it was posted "by written permission" and the year following was $500. Try finding free hunting land for mulies or antelope. In Arkansas it was similar, a day of duck hunting was $100. OK, sure, give me the "well then hunt public land" --. Just like in PA, the public lands are loaded with hunters and game is less than plentiful. Most of my PA hunting is on neighboring properties. One of these properties is now unavailable. Why? because 4 years ago somebody came along and asked the owner if he could "post it" for him so he could hunt there. Those that had permission could still hunt it. The next year the same person nicely offered to lease it for the "exclusive" rights to hunt it. Wake up folks. One thing leads to another. When you are paying to hunt you will see it different.
