READ: Lease Openings require cost breakdown

After several new lease opening posts in this thread, it has been decided that in order for a lease opening or new lease formation to be posted here, there must Disclosure on how the cost per membaer has been derived to prove no one is profiting from another HPA member's expense.

In example a short sentence like this :

We are leasing 1,000 acres at $6/acre, and plan to put in about $ 1,000 in food plots annually. We are looking for 70 members at a cost of $100 per year

Sorry we have to do this, but there seemes to a real surge in leases and hunt clubs hitting this forum and although the idea behind this forum is to get people together, we do not want to set the stage for some to make money from others that may be less experienced in leasing. We highly recommend that anyone that is considering the lease tour it and ask to see some of the documents that make up your fee...but that extra step is up to you. Cost breakdown disclosure is all that is required here.

Please take note of this or you posts will be pulled , it is our hope that this brings hunters together in the right spirit.

Re: READ: Lease Openings require cost breakdown

This particular thread is an information thread about how to post lease openings. Any discussion or questions about a lease should be done in a separate thread.

I gotta go agitate the techies!
