New to the Area - Delmont/Murrysville/Plum/ Areas

Just moved to Delmont, PA. Very interested in finding a sportsmans club - that myself and family can utilize, in either the Delmont, Murrysville, Plum, and or Greensburg areas. I have two boys - 5&7 years old, that love the outdoors, so we are looking for a club that the whole family can enjoy.

Also, doing my leg work but would appreciate any ideas on public and or land open to hunting in the delmont/murrysville/plum/pittsburgh area, any information is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your time,
Matt

Re: New to the Area - Delmont PA

Welcome to the site. The closest will probably be Crowfoot Rod and Gun Club in Murrysville. I am not a member and can't provide any additional info other than they have a nice facility that includes a two acre lake for fishing and multiple ranges for shooting.

Shed Dog, contact the Police Rod and Gun Club right there in Delmont/Slickville. Two lakes stocked with nice trout, pheasant stocking all fall and winter long, trap range, pistol range, and 100yd, and 200yd rifle range. I myself am not a member as I dont live in the area but have friends that are and have been there before fishing and shooting as well as attending a number of their gun bashes that they hold. Also they own alot of land out there with good deer numbers.
