Potter County Lease

I have 2 openings on my 420 acre lease in north central Potter County. Membership is $350 per year. 8 hunters only. There are over 20 stands scattered througout the property. If you are looking for a place to ride atv's and otherwise disrespect this land or other members, this isn't for you.

We have mature cherry, 2 clearcuts, a portion that has been select cut, apple trees, and hawthorne thickets.

Several areas are sanctuaries and off limits to hunting activity. First day of rifle season is by stand hunting only, and there will be no drives during firearms season.

Atv's may be used to get to and from stands, and must stay on designated trails.

Trail cameras put out each year to survey what is available. Information shared with all members. No antler restrictions other than what is required by PGC regs, 3 on a side. WMU 3A

Lease cost is $2710 per year. Food plots, $200-$350.

This is my hobby. I lose money on it each year, but do strive to provide a quality hunting experience for club members.

Brookland.

I'm now full, if folks that have shown interest commit.

MUCH nicer than when you were there last. Can't see 30 feet now in those cuts. The herd is responding to all the food and cover.

Flushed 3 grouse broods this weekend. Come on late grouse season.
