Rossi matched pair

Got my son n daughter each a matched pair 20 guage 243. I would like to get them a 223 and .44 mag barrel (1 of each). I can't seem to find them for sale. Anybody know where and or good price. I contacted my little gun shop I use n he tells me he can't get just barrels??? I have not talked to the big box stores yet. I have looked on eBay, I'd be ok w/ used. Thanks for help

Re: Rossi matched pair

The only Rossi gun that you can buy extra barrels for is the Rossi wizzard, and they don't fit on the other Rossi matched pair guns.

They do not, nor did they ever make replacement barrels for the matched pair. You CANNOT purchase axtra barrels for them.

Re: Rossi matched pair

Ok thank you. I have a different question. I have a local guy who has a .223 matched pair barrel that he will sell me. Width at the breech is the same, threading for fore arm is about 1.5" longer in adult vs youth. Is there away to get it to fit? Will an adult fore arm fit and do the trick? Any ideas
Thanks

Re: Rossi matched pair

I'm not sure, if you can, take your gun to him and try his barrel and fore arm on your gun. If you have enough room you could probably drill another hole in your forearm to fit the adult barrel.

Re: Rossi matched pair

I tried all he has left is barrel sold the gun w/ shot gun barrel. The barrel itself fits but not to my forearm, stud at the front of my forearm don't think enough to drill n keep secure?
Thanks

Re: Rossi matched pair

You will VERY LIKELY run into some head spacing issues if you run that barrel on your frame. That's the reason they don't have a bunch of barrels to chose from for that model...
