Re: Head space problems

While you seem to have a headspace problem, you also have a chamber wall defect that causes the ring around the case near the base.

I have a 357 cal winchester low wall which has a gouge in the side of the chamber which causes bulges in the fired cases about the same place. I am fairly certain it results from a sloppy job reaming the chamber. You may have to have the barrel set back and re-chambered.

What cartridge is it?

Re: Head space problems

my barrel is being replaced at no cost to me will not really give me a reason why but I bought the gun used sent it back and they r replacing it no questions asked so I think it must be there fought . they said it should be back by the end of the week . I also had them put on a 22-250 barrel .cant wait to get it back and see how she works this time. I think I will really like the gun if I can get the bugs worked out of it
