Re: G2 Contender muzzleloader barrels

Not a lot of those barrels out there. I've heard they are accurate, but my frame is a G1. I pretty sure they only work with G2 frames.

Where bouts in NH are you. I work up that way from time to time.

Re: G2 Contender muzzleloader barrels

I am near Manchester/Concord, NH
Anyone thinking of getting a 209x50 for your own?
Know where there is either a 209x45 or 50
both new never been fired...albeit not cheap
but great for your collection and hunting pleasure

Re: G2 Contender muzzleloader barrels

Ok, cool, I fly into Manchester several times a year.

My frame is a G1 easy open. So, it won't fit mine. Everyone I've ever seen (and it's not many) weren't "cheap". Would be cool that have though. You could have a hunting handgun, hunting rifle, and hunting inline all in the same case. Would be nice for traveling.

Re: G2 Contender muzzleloader barrels

I have seen on the internet that some made it fit the earlier
versions. They cut off a pin on the barrel and the frame handles the
pressures fine as well Mike Bellem i think?
Just a thought.....having a G2 I dont need to
