Re: Cub Cadet Volunteer

I know a couple farmers that got em and like em.They got several different models and the one I like is the one with the air cooled engine. The price wasn,t bad on one I was gonna buy but passed on it cause they have steel beds.Steel means dents and rust.Yes you can put a b/liner in or spray it on but the outside of the bed would look like crap from rust and dents in short order. They need a ploy bed option.

Thanks! They seem priced reasonably compared to other UTVs which is why I am giving them serious consdieration. Also, thanks for the info on the beds!

Re: Cub Cadet Volunteer

Check out the insides of the stake pockets in the bed.A couple years ago all of the new ones on the lot were rusty inside cause they weren,t painted in there properly. This year when the new ones came out I made a effort to see inside the pockets and they were painted well in there and rust free.I told the dealer about the ones the year before and maybe they complained to the factory.
