DCNR ATV Registration

Each year I pay a $20 fee to resister my ATV.. For what is this money used? Not complaining just seeking information? My ATV is never ridden anywhere except my yard and private land. I pay road tax on my gasoline.....Where DO it go$$$$

dcnr reg. is every 2 years and it goes for the state atv trails. if you only ride your atv on your property you dont have to register it.

I believe the DCNR still requires a one time, free registration for atvs that are operated only on one’s own property.

Government overeach at its best.
