Hunting and ATV's on State Forest land

Is it permissible to ride your ATV on approved ATV trails and then park the ATV while you hunt on State Forest land?

Re: Hunting and ATV's on State Forest land

Usually the State Forest trails are closed for the winter months for regular big game seasons .

Yes, it is legal. The ATV is the same as a vehicle and all laws still apply. Make sure the trail you plan to ride is legally open to ride and you are good to go.

Iím a great believer in luck, and I find the harder I work the more I have of it.
