1977 Johnson 9.9 Prop and Driveshaft
Seals were leaking. I changed them but now I'm stuck getting the shifter yoke hooked back up. I read Leroys ramblings but I'm not quite getting it. I also searched for videos to no avail. Anyone know anyone local that could reassemble that section? I can take it from there . Thanks

Sometimes by shifting the gear shift into reverse makes it easier to hook the shaft back up.

Try Kleber's Marine on Route 8 in Glenshaw. Not saying I've had experience with them, I've driven past their place a few times.

Thank you, I will give them a try

Gen 21:20 So God was with the lad; and he grew and dwelt in the wilderness, and became an archer.
