Outboard Motors Need Serviced - WHERE? - SW PA

So a buddy of mine just bought a used 1992 Ranger 692 Fisherman. It has a 150hp Mariner, and a 9.9 as well. The motor started, but the previous owners said the fuel has been sitting for awhile and we obviously wanted to have this addressed and any other issues, as well as a tune-up on both, before we take it out on the water.

I heard of a place near Mt Pleasant, said to do good work, but have sort of got the run around due to the influx of boats they have coming in. Last week we could get it in this week. This week we can maybe get it in next next week... ect. Not there fault, just that time of year I suppose. Just wanna get this boat on the water by the end of the month.

I was hoping someone could point us in the right direction. We're located half an hour south of Pittsburgh. Thanks

Was it the Ranger sitting off of Lebanon Church Road? If so, right down the street from where I work. Nice looking boat. Did he get a good deal? I wanted to call to see what they were asking but never had the chance.

Found these 2 shops that service Mercury/Mariner (maybe?), that might be a little closer. The other is Rte. 8 Marine (Kleber bros.) but I have heard bad things about their place. I can't vouch for the ones I posted, though.

I assume this is the place you are talking about in Mt. Pleasant.

Outboard Haven in Verona, I have been taking my motor there and alot of people bring there boat stuff there to get fixed. Everything is still runnning good. I took my motor in for a tune up before duck season and it ran perfect.
