Registering a boat for propulsion...

Hello , I have a 9ft Beavertail Phantom Duck boat and I currently just have the launch permit. I built a removeable transom for it so I can use a trolling motor on it . I was starting to fill out the powered boat registration form when I realized the capacity plate has an N/A for Max Hp . I'm am only assuming the reason for this is because it doesn't have anywhere to mount a motor when they are sold... So do you guys think I will be able to register it as a powered vessel or will the pa fish & boat commision probably tell me I can't register as powered . Let me know what you guys think .

Here's what the boat looks like to give you an idea of what I'm trying to do .. The transom will definetly work , but I just need to make sure it will be legal as well..
