WMU 3D Bruce Lake NA

Due to the job situation, it looks like I'll be hunting in 3D this year. I haven't hunted there for about 10 years. I used to hunt in SGL183 but I'm thinking about checking out the Bruce Lake area....specifically coming in from the access road where 402 crosses 84. Anyone hunted there? Does it get crowded?

Thanks.

Re: WMU 3D Bruce Lake NA

The access you are talking about is Ranch Rd. from 402 to the top of the mountain. The gate at the powerline is open to vehicles now for at least a mile into the stateland at the back side of Bruce Lake NA. Yes, there will be quite a few hunters in and out of there.

This is who we are. This is what we do.

Thanks for the info. I drove back there last night and saw the gate you are referring to. I'll have to find some time in daylight to get back in there.
