Man Cave/Gameroom ideas

Guys,
Im in the process of planning out my hopefully soon to be man cave. Being an L shaped layout I am having some trouble deciding exactly what I want. 2 things for sure are some big TV's and a kegerator. Not sure about a bar at this point. Anyway I was hoping some of you could post pics of your man caves and maybe I could pick up a few ideas. I appreciate all the help that I can get!!! Thanks!!

Re: Man Cave/Gameroom ideas

this is where I spend most of my time...

pellet stove...

full bathroom...

wet bar...

it was fun thinking up/designing this space and then doing the work myself. I saw cut the concrete floor to tie into the sewer line to make the bathroom and I think that ws one of the best things I could've done. I just sold this house and will be closing end of april and am looking forward and already brainstorming the new "man cave". GOOD LUCK W/YOURS!!

That is nice!!

There are two ways to be fooled. One is to believe what isn't true; the other is to refuse to believe what is true.

Re: Man Cave/Gameroom ideas

It took me 18 years to complete mine. One thing I would have changed after having it finished is the use ot T1-11 on both sides instead of drywall on one. Another is a french door. May have to put one in if I'm successful on my upcoming brown bear hunt. I'm hoping I don't have to. Use a space heater for now but will be putting in a pellet stove. I put a lot of insulation in the walls and the space heater does a great job in it self. Not much moisture in my basement but I still use a dehumidifier when the heater is off. Sorry pic heavy!

Re: Man Cave/Gameroom ideas

I wish we could go back to calling it a "den". "Man cave" strikes me as a term some lispy interior designer name Lance came up with.

I don't have ducks. I don't have rows. I have squirrels. And they're drunk.

big28's "den" looks like an entire house! That place looks sweet.
