Mobile Home Trailer Door

Does anyone have an idea where I can locate a replacement door for my old mobile home trailer door? The trailer is a 1970's model and serves as my hunting camp. The door is on "piano" hinges and measures 37 x 77 ? The current door does have a "window" opening but I'd be happy to find any replacement? I'm in SW PA and can't seem to find any old trailer replacement parts? Any help greatly appreciated. I can text pics if needed.

Re: Mobile Home Trailer Door

Go to home depot with the measurements and buy a standard door and hinges if it will fit.

You can find them online, but you have to pay shipping charges.

I guess the obvious answer - check with the manufacturer or one of it's dealers - doesn't work for you?

You could also check with another mobile home or RV manufacturer or dealer if you do not find one elsewhere.

Re: Mobile Home Trailer Door

Buck2, If you are close to Washington Pa there is a store called American Hardware. They sit in behind West Tire off of E. Maiden St. They carry mobile home parts and usually have some scratch and dent stuff at really good prices. They had a door lock I needed for a trailer that hasn't been made since the late 60's. They have invantory going way back!

Tuckerman,

Thank you very much. I'm not very far from Washington and its on my way to my Greene County camp. Thanks for the info. As soon as the season is over, I'll be making a stop.

OK, first I have to say I hope you find a door for your mobile home.

2nd, this is the first time I have heard "camp in greene county". I never thought of looking for a camp in greene. Do you have any pictures and details of it? You have peeked my interest as I am looking for a camp. Thanks.
