Propane fridge repair-Bedford area

I have a propane fridge in my cabin. The pilot light fires right up, but it doesn't get cold. I have been told it could be an easy fix and I have been told it could be a costly fix. I don't know enough about them to try to do the work myself. Anyone know of anyone who repairs them in the Bedford area?

Re: Propane fridge repair-Bedford area

This guy is located south of Selinsgrove, which is a long way from you but if you give him a call perhaps he can recommend someone in your area. It's an Amish business that specializes in gas appliances as the name suggests. I bought a fridge from him the other year along with some new lights. He's a good guy to deal with.

Sensenig Gas Appliance, 1233 Lenig Rd., Selinsgrove, PA. 570-374-1321.

Good luck!

Thanks. I'll give him a call. I've been calling around Bedford and haven't found anyone yet.

Before you go to the expense ... Might want to clean all the coils and make sure there are no cobwebs .... Also blow out any dust .... Does not take much to stop these things from cooling ...
