Bradford county camps!

Who is heading up to bradford for rifle?!?!? I just returned from a 3 day archery trip.. Deer sightings were really good with multiple shooter bucks seen each day. Just not close enough for archery .. Acorns actually seemed really good in our neck of the woods.. Most of the corn in the area is still up.

Where is everyone heading too? I'll be outside of le raysville

wanna go hunting?

Re: Bradford county camps!

Yea we have taken some really nice bucks over the last few years.. Luckily, our deer numbers have always been good in our area. .

I have said this before; I have hunted all around the state, I believe eastern bradford is the best in the state for deer hunting. The habitat of mixed farms and hardwoods/ hemlock grows is perfect. It's not uncommon for us to see multiple p&y deer every years with a few pushing b&c

wanna go hunting?

Never been to Bradford but that's where my dad first started hunting, I believe by Sunfish pond. Point of the story he always tells me how nice it is up there and that we have to either take a trout fishing or hunting trip up there. I would love to see the area where my dad began most of his outdoors experience, especially after hearing the same from others like yourselves.

Love Bradford Co. I shot my first buck off of N.Rome Rd. Also did a lot of whitetail research in that area. Still love it a lot. Have friends that live there still. My wife and I would of lived to try and get property there, but that is completely out of the question now because of the gas drilling.

Re: Bradford county camps!

Oh yeah the most drilled county in the state. Lived there in 09' and then in Susquehanna country in 10'.I saw the start of a lot.

Really loved Lacyville, LaRaysville, Warren Center, Litchfield.
