Snow in the hilltops in Warren co....

....and I am sure in other areas of the northern/central tier too. We had the snow falling in the river valley last night but it did not stick, come daylight all the hilltops are frosted mini-wheat looking this AM would be a great picture. I guess today holds much of the same..

Some cars in the morning commute who must live up top had a good 2"s on their roofs.

Just thought I'd let ya all know.

Yeah the news said tionesta had some snow. Maybe rifle season will have some snow. It's been a few years since opening day of rifle had a bust covering. Seems like it snows every year and melts on Monday.

Re: Snow in the hilltops in Warren co....

Last report I had was 1-2" by Friday night, so there could be some underfoot come Saturday morning as the temps are in the 30's, but Sat looks a just a tad warmer (40's) to the point of rain over snow which will likely make for fog and wet, and terrible blood trailing so knock em down. There is some good, bad and ugly....

BEST OF LUCK ON YOUR YOUTH HUNT!! The Mrs, oldest boy and I are crossbowing in the AM, not sure who will be with me in the PM right now. My boy might switch to the rifle then for doe to finish out the day protecting our oats and clover. If it is wet I'd rather track a rifle kill at the buzzer, but he usually knocks them down in 20 with the xbow. SO either way....I just hope the worst is my knees get wet while we are gutting it out.

BE FUN NO MATTER WHAT, STAY DRY and WARM.
